Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective mailer, ensuring all security tags are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
